Die Geräte müssen an die vorhandene Schutzabschirmung gegen radioaktive Strahlung sowie an die Glovebox-Umgebung angepasst werden, in der sich alle Teile der Geräte mit Probenkontakt befinden. Sowohl die Abschirmung als auch die Glovebox-Umgebung müssen unverändert bleiben.
