Description

Das AUE-Umweltlabor des Kantons Basel-Stadt überwacht aufgrund einer intensiven Industrialisierung der Region den Rhein mit dessen Zuflüssen sowie das Grundwasser vor Ort. Neben der längerfristigen Aufzeichnung von Trends in der Gewässerqualität (Monitoring) beinhaltet dies v.a. auch das Detektieren von Havarien bzw. Fehleinleitungen im Raum Nordwestschweiz sowie auf der deutschen Seite des Hochrheins. Auch die Deponien und ARAs der Region stellen eine potenzielle Bedrohung der Gewässer dar. Die Überwachung dient deshalb nicht nur dem Schutz der Trinkwasserversorgung von Basel und aller folgenden Regionen, sondern auch dem Schutz der Ökosysteme entlang des ganzen Rheins und der Alarmierung im Rahmen der Hauptwarnzentrale Basel der IKSR. Das Ziel der Ersatzbeschaffung ist die Überführung der bestehenden Analysenverfahren auf ein neues Massenspektrometersystem, um diese Aufgaben auch künftig zuverlässig erfüllen zu können. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Lieferung (DDP), Installation und Abnahme/Inbetriebnahme eines hochauflösenden Massenspektrometers gekoppelt mit Flüssigchromatographie, weiterer Komponenten und dazugehöriger Software sowie eine angemessene Schulung der Anwender.
