Description

Der Gemeindeverband ICT (GICT) schreibt seine Netzwerkinfrastruktur im offenen Verfahren nach BöB/IVöB aus. Die Beschaffung ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt: * Los 1 - Netzwerk-Hardware, Software-Lizenzen sowie Hersteller-Support & Wartung. * Los 2 - IT-Dienstleistungen zur Sicherstellung des laufenden Netzwerkbetriebs (Wartung, 3rd-Level-Support, 24/7-Pikett). Der GICT strebt den Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen mit qualifizierten Partnerinnen über eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren an (mit Option auf Verlängerung um weitere 4 Jahre). Das übergeordnete Ziel ist es, die bestehende Umgebung ausfallsicher weiterzubetreiben und diese schrittweise auf moderne Cloud-Management-Lösungen zu migrieren. Los 1 umfasst die Beschaffung von Netzwerkkomponenten (Access Points, Switches und Gateways inkl. Zubehör), Software-Lizenzen (insb. Aruba Central und ClearPass) sowie den dazugehörigen Hersteller-Support und die Wartung. Der GICT schliesst hierfür einen Rahmenvertrag mit bis zu drei Partnerinnen ab. Der konkrete Leistungsbezug erfolgt über regelmässige Mini-Tender.
