Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die Einführung (d.h. Installation, Konzeption, Umsetzung, Konfiguration, Anbindung, Implementierung, Testing, produktive Einführung, Datenmigration, Schulungen etc.) eines neuen Vertragsmanagementsystems zur Ablösung des aktuellen Systems, Betrieb und Support sowie Lizenzen für das VMS inkl. allfälliger zu lizenzierende Module. Es können sowohl ECM-Systeme (Enterprise-Content-Management-Systeme) als auch CLM-Systeme (Contract-Lifecycle-Management) angeboten werden.
