Betrieb, Support und Wartung des gesamten Informatik Systems einer Gemeinde im Kanton Aargau mit 17 Clients, Integration und Verwaltung von 5 Netz-MFP und etwa 50 übliche Standard- und Fachapplikationen (inkl. GEVER GemoWin sowie abteilungsspezifische Anwendungen), gehostet in einem Rechenzentrum (RZ). 15 Notebooks und 2 Fat-Clients (der Verwaltung) werden im Mietmodell ersetzt. Die 5 Convertibles des Gemeinderates bleiben BYOD. Der Auftragnehmer stellt den störungsfreien Betrieb, die Systemverfügbarkeit, die Datensicherheit sowie die kontinuierliche Überwachung und Aktualisierung der Systeme sicher. Lizenzen, Wartung, Hosting, Betrieb und Support branchenspezifischer Kernsoftware (EWK, Finanzen, Gebühren, Lohn). Betrieb M365. Integration von abteilungsspezifischen SaaS-Lösungen wie KLIBnet, gehostet bei Diartis. Integration der Zeiterfassung. Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb und Support aller Komponenten, inkl. 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support. Zentrale aktive Netzwerkkomponenten (LAN und WLAN) werden grösstenteils ersetzt. Optional: Ersatz der Clients, Monitore und Notebooks im Kaufmodell. Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten mit Datenübernahme aus dem aktuellen System (W&W). BYOD-Zugriffe mit 2-fach Authentifizierung.
