Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer Fachapplikation für den Arbeitsmarktvollzug sowie die Erbringung der damit verbundenen Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Konzeption, Bereitstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Datenmigration und Einführung der Lösung. Gesucht wird eine Standardsoftware, die im Rahmen der Konfiguration an die fachlichen Bedürfnisse der Auftraggeberin angepasst werden kann. Die Anbieterin stellt die Fachapplikation als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) über eine fixe Laufzeit von 5 Jahren zur Verfügung und erbringt in dieser Zeit die Betriebs- und Supportleistungen. Die Fachapplikation deckt aus funktionaler Sicht die fachliche Fallbearbeitung im Arbeitsmarktvollzug ab. Sie unterstützt insbesondere die Bearbeitung von Aufgaben in den Vollzugsbereichen FlaM und BGSA sowie weitere Aufgaben nach AIG und bildet den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Falls von der Eröffnung über die Bearbeitung bis hin zum Abschluss ab.
