Description

Die aktuell eingesetzte Konsolidierungslösung SAP SEM-BCS für die Erstellung der konsolidierten Rechnung (legale Konsolidierung) als auch der Finanzstatistik (Profitcenterkonsolidierung) und das darauf aufbauende Reporting in SAP BW wird durch den Hersteller nur noch bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 regulär gewartet. Eine kostenpflichtige Verlängerung des Wartungszeitraums ist lediglich bis Ende 2030 möglich. Damit besteht die Notwendigkeit, eine neue Konsolidierungslösung mittels SAP inkl. Reporting einzuführen und unverändert über eine Standardschnittstelle ins Finanzberichterstattungstool (SAP Disclosure Management) zu integrieren. Als Nachfolgelösung für die Erstellung der legalen Konsolidierung als auch der Finanzstatistik (Profitcenterkonsolidierung) ist SAP Group Reporting vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus ist das Reporting mit im Kanton verfügbaren SAP-Anwendungen aufzubauen. Die Reports sind einerseits für Analysezwecke mit dem SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel auswertbar andererseits sind sie zur Erstellung der Finanzberichterstattung in SAP Disclosure Management zu integrieren. Ergänzend umfasst die Lösung die optionale Datenmigration der historischen Abschlussdaten aus den heutigen Systemen (SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW). Nach der Ablösung der heutigen Lösung soll erneut eine medienbruchfreie Finanzberichterstattung möglich sein. Gegenstand der Submission ist die Beauftragung eines Anbietenden, der über die erforderlichen fachlichen und technischen Kompetenzen verfügt, um die neue Konsolidierungslösung bestehend aus den Komponenten Konsolidierung mit SAP Group Reporting, Reporting und Integration in SAP Disclosure Management (nachfolgend als «neue Konsolidierungslösung» bezeichnet) in der Finanzverwaltung einzuführen. Zudem ist die Datenmigration vorzusehen.
