Description

Im Rahmen der Erweiterung und Umnutzung des Alterszentrums Breitenbach werden die bestehenden Elektroanlagen an die neuen baulichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen angepasst und durch neue Installationen ergänzt. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die für das Bauvorhaben erforderlichen Elektroinstallationsarbeiten in den betroffenen Neu-, Umbau- und Anschlussbereichen. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Stark- und Schwachstrominstallationen, Leitungs- und Trassierungsarbeiten, Verteilungen, Beleuchtungsinstallationen sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Anschluss-, Anpassungs- und Ergänzungsarbeiten an den bestehenden Anlagen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen teilweise im Bestand und bei laufendem Betrieb des Alterszentrums. Entsprechend sind eine sorgfältige Arbeitsvorbereitung, eine enge Koordination mit der Bauleitung und den übrigen Fachplanern sowie die Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs von besonderer Bedeutung. Bestehende Installationen sind vor Beginn der Arbeiten vor Ort zu prüfen. Erforderliche Umschaltungen, Abschaltungen und Eingriffe in bestehende Anlagen sind frühzeitig mit der Bauleitung und dem Betreiber abzustimmen. Sämtliche Arbeiten sind fachgerecht und nach den aktuell gültigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Normen, Richtlinien und anerkannten Regeln der Technik auszuführen.
