Description

Der Beauftragte unterstützt den Bauherren in der Abwicklung des Auflage- und Landerwerbverfahrens in der SIA-Phase 33 im administrativen Bereich. Dies umfasst die Organisation und Abwicklung des Auflageverfahrens für das Projekt VERAS mit der öffentlichen Projektauflage und die Begleitung der Bearbeitung der Projekteinwendungen gegen das Projekt bis zur Projektgutheissung. Dies beinhaltet auch die Erstellung von Übersichten und Kontrolllisten. Der Beauftragte leistet zudem Koordinationsaufgaben unter den Beteiligten. In einer zweiten Teilphase erfolgt das Landerwerbsverfahren, wobei der Beauftragte wiederum die in der Administration, der Organisation der Verhandlungen sowie bei der Vertragsausarbeitung unterstützt.
