Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Zurich Public Transport Authority (VBZ) together with the Office for Building Construction (AHB) is seeking a general planning team to assess the feasibility of sub-project 3b and consolidate the results into a master plan for the entire VBZ site at Luggwegstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten. The site, a strategic tram workshop and operations hub with buildings from the 1970s and 1990s, needs major renovation and expansion, including additional depot and overhaul capacity. Earlier planning phases (TP1, TP2, part of TP3) are complete; TP3a results are expected in autumn 2026. The procedure is a tender published in Switzerland for architecture and engineering services.
