Description

Der Zweckverband Soziale Dienste Linthgebiet (ZVSDL) beabsichtigt die Einführung einer neuen Klientenmanagement-Software. Dabei legt der ZVSDL grossen Wert auf eine prozessorientierte Evaluation. Zielsetzung Das neue Klientenverwaltungssystem soll: * die einzelnen Prozessschritte der Beratungszentren bestmöglich darstellen und funktionell abwickeln können, * eine hohe Übereinstimmung mit den definierten Prozessen und Muss-/Kann-Kriterien sicherstellen, * alle bestehenden Daten vollständig aus dem aktuellen System übernehmen (inkl. Datenmigration mit klar beschriebenem Vorgehen), * eine einheitliche Konfiguration und Umsetzung der Prozesse in beiden Beratungszentren gewährleisten, unabhängig davon, ob zwei separate Installationen oder eine gemeinsame Installation mit differenzierten Zugriffsrechten realisiert werden. Das Projekt beinhaltet das Projektmanagement, die Installation, die Integration sowie den Unterhalt und Support der Softwarelösung.
