L’appel d’offre a pour objet la mise en soumission du mandat d’audit des comptes annuels de l’EHC, pour une durée de 5 ans, respectant les normes de Swiss GAAP RPC, la Loi suisse, les statuts et les instructions cantonales. Un contrôle intérimaire avec l’établissement d’un rapport intermédiaire portant sur l’analyse annuelle du Système de Contrôle Interne est demandé. Un rapport intermédiaire relatif à la revue analytique des comptes au 30 septembre N est à considérer en option dans la présente soumission. La nomination de l’organe de révision est soumise annuellement à la validation de l’Assemblée des délégués.
