Baumeisterarbeiten für den Neubau der Wohnsiedlung Promulins. Aufgrund der Lage des Baugrundstücks im Grundwasserbereich sind zudem die erforderlichen Spezialtiefbauarbeiten Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen. Dazu gehören sämtliche für die fachgerechte Erstellung der Baugrube und der unter Terrain liegenden Bauteile erforderlichen Massnahmen gemäss Projekt- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
