Weiter umfasst der Auftrag die Erstellung von Baumgruben inklusive Entwässerungs- und Versorgungssystemen, Drainagen, Filter- und Speicherschichten sowie die Ausbildung von Pflanz-, Rasen- und Wiesenflächen. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung sind zudem die Lieferung und Pflanzung von Bäumen, Sträuchern, Stauden und Spezialbegrünungen, die Ansaat von Blumenwiesen sowie sämtliche für die Erstellung erforderlichen Pflege-, Bewässerungs- und Schutzmassnahmen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Steingärten, Ruderalflächen und ökologische Gestaltungselemente zur Förderung von Lebensräumen für Tiere.
