Description

Das Projektziel am Standort Kreuzspital (KRZ), Haus K, des Kantonsspitals Graubünden ist die Implementierung des Pathologischen Instituts im Untergeschoss (1.UG und 2.UG). Dabei handelt es sich um die Umnutzung eines bestehenden Gebäudes und nicht um einen Neubau. Der derzeitige Standort des Instituts im Haus C (KSH) ist aufgrund von Platzmangel und veralteter Infrastruktur nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Laboreinrichtungen, die sich ausschliesslich im Untergeschoss U1 befinden und eine Fläche von ca. 650 m² abdecken. Die Räumlichkeiten werden nach modernsten Standards für diagnostische und analytische Prozesse ausgestattet. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Erstellung einer detaillierten Ausführungsplanung unter Berücksichtigung der räumlichen Gegebenheiten und Arbeitsabläufe, die Lieferung und fachgerechte Installation von Labormöbeln, technischen Geräten, Sicherheitsschränken, Mediensäulen für die Versorgung sowie weiteren Laboreinbauten. Zudem werden Lüftungs- und Sicherheitssysteme integriert.
