Projekt B.23004.1 Pathologie. SKP 271.0 Nassputzarbeiten. Im 1.UG Labor Beschichtungen Qualitätsstufe Q3 auf bestehende Innenwände ca. 550m2 und auf ca. 30 Stützen zur Aufnahme von bauseitig gestrichenem Vlies. Im 1.UG Bereich Büroumbau C1/C2 diverse Anpassungen an bestehend bleibendem Putz bei Einbau von Nasszellen, Anpassarbeiten an Wandoberflächen bei Wandabbrüchen, Türänderungen usw. SKP 271.1 Trockenbauarbeiten. Im 1.UG Labor und Bereich Büroumbau bauseitig erstellte Staubschutzwände in Fluchtkorridoren EI60 beplanken ca. 130m2. Im 1.UG Bereich Büroumbau C1/C2 Anpassung Leichtbauwände bei Türänderungen 2 St. Ausführung von ca. 21m2 Vorsatzschalen. Im 1.UG Labor und 2.UG Technikräume Leichtbauwände mit und ohne Brandschutzanforderung ca. 480m2. Schachtwände ca. 110m2. Im 1.UG Labor Knauf Cocoon Transformer System mit Stahlleichtbau verstärkt ca. 200m2. Der Stahlleichtbau stabilisiert das Wandsystem damit die Innenfenster, Schiebe- und Flügeltüren darin eingebaut werden können. Zur statischen Planung der Stahleinbauten ist der Beizug des Produzenten Knauf AG im Leistungsverzeichnis vorgesehen. Im 1.UG Labor Türöffnungen für Schiebetürautomaten ca. 22 St. / Türöffnungen für Flügeltüren ca. 6 St. / Türöffnungen für Innenfenster ca. 35 St. Oberflächenbeschichtung Qualitätsstufe Q3 ca. 1’200m2. Im 1.UG Labor abgehängte Gipsdecke mit und ohne Brandschutzanforderung ca. 32m2. Projekt G.24002.1 Neuer Aufstellungsraum Kältemaschine. SKP 271.1 Spezielle Gipserarbeiten. ca. 200m2 Nassputzarbeiten. Abgrenzung, bauseitige Lieferungen und Leistungen: Betrifft Beschaffung Produkt «Knauf Cocoon Transfomer System». Damit die Starttermine zur Ausführungstermine eingehalten werden können hat der Bauherr zur Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Materialbereitstellung den Architekten beauftragt mit Firma Knauf AG die Werkplanung des «Knauf Cocoon Transfomer System» vor Abschluss des Werkvertrags zu planen und zur Produktion freizugeben. Die Freiheit zur Produktewahl ist daher auf nur dieses Produkt eingeschränkt.
