Description

Das Projekt umfasst die Neugestaltung der Hafenpromenade Enge (ca.9'000 m2) und die Sanierung des denkmalpflegerisch relevanten Wabengarten (ca.6'500 m2) im südlich angrenzenden Teil der Hafenpromenade. Im ganzen Bauperimeter müssen die bestehenden Werkleitungen erneuert und ergänzt werden. Durch Dritte werden ein Kioskgebäude, eine Seewasser-Pumpstation und eine Trafostation erstellt. Die Bauzeit beträgt 3 Jahre. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind vor allem folgende Arbeiten: Baustelleneinrichtung, Abbrüche / Demontagen, Rodungen, Abtrag der bestehenden Natursteinpflästerung, Aushub und Entsorgung von belastetem Oberboden und Aushubmaterial (ca.10'000 m3), Erdarbeiten, Baumgrubensubstrat (ca.3'100 m3), Grab- und Werkleitungsarbeiten für Elektroversorgung, Frischwasser und Entwässerung (ca.3'000 m3), Spriessung (ca.3'200 m2), Einbau von Randabschlüssen, Fundationsschichten, Kiesbeläge (ca.3'800m2), Asphalt tw. Handeinbau (ca.360 to), Natursteinpflästerungen (ca.2'700 m2) und -beläge (ca.1'100 m2), Sitzstufenanlage Naturstein (ca.200 Laufmeter), Baumeisterarbeiten, Einbau von Fundamenten für Beleuchtungsmasten, Zäune und Ausstattungen, Pflanzarbeiten (ca.3'600 m2).
