ewb betreibt im Versorgungsgebiet rund 600 Trafostationen. Es wird von einer Lebensdauer der Trafostationen von 40 Jahren ausgegangen. ewb hat einen Nachholbedarf für die Sanierung der Trafostationen. Der Sanierungsrückstand soll innerhalb von 10 Jahren abgebaut werden. Damit der Sanierungsrückstand abgebaut werden kann und ewb in den ordentlichen Instandhaltungszyklus kommt, müssen in den kommenden Jahren 20-25 Trafostationen pro Jahr umgebaut werden. Die Umbauten beinhalten nebst der Erneuerung der technischen Einrichtungen auch Hochbauarbeiten für die Sanierung des Trafogebäudes sowie Tiefbauarbeiten für die Zuleitung ab dem öffentlichen Raum. Vielfach sind im Hochbaubereich die zu tätigenden Sanierungsarbeiten erst vollumfänglich klar, wenn die technische Einrichtung / Apparate demontiert wurden. Das Dokument C11_Terminplan Trafostation enthält ein Referenzbeispiel für die terminliche Abwicklung der Sanierung einer Trafostation. Der Terminplan zeigt die wesentlichen Arbeitsschritte, Abhängigkeiten und terminlichen Randbedingungen auf und dient als Grundlage für die Erstellung des projektspezifischen Terminplans. ewb sucht für die Sanierung der verschiedenen Trafostationen Anbietende, welche über folgende Kompetenzen verfügen: * Strassen- und Werkleitungsbau im öffentlichen Raum * Kabeleinführungen in Gebäuden * Betoninstandsetzung inklusive Abdichtungen für Bauwerke und Mauerwerksanierungen * Kernbohrungen und Betontrennen * Betonbau von Schachtbauwerken im öffentlichen Raum inklusive Revisionsöffnungen Die Trafostationen sind auf dem gesamten Stadtgebiet verteilt und sind als Einzelobjekte zu betrachten.
