Scanning and capture solution

The courts of the canton of Aargau in Switzerland are seeking one or more suppliers to provide, deliver and implement a new scanning and capture solution. This consists of paper feed and large-format scanners, a capture service and a REST interface. The solution should enable user-centred electronic processing of scanning for the canton's courts, with high configurability, traceable data changes, audit-proof documents, digital signatures and legal retention period controls, plus seamless integration with the JAA e-file application. An accessible, user-friendly German-language interface is required.
