Description

Die bestehende Wärmeerzeugungsanlage des Areals wird umfassend saniert und ersetzt. Der bestehende Hackgutkessel sowie der bestehende Ölkessel inklusive Öltankanlage und den nicht mehr benötigten Installationen werden demontiert und fachgerecht entsorgt. Als Ersatz werden im bestehenden Kesselraum zwei neue Hackgutkessel in Kaskadenschaltung installiert. Die neuen Wärmeerzeuger werden hydraulisch in den bestehenden Heizungsverteiler eingebunden. Der bestehende Heizungsverteiler sowie die vorhandenen Wärmespeicher bleiben erhalten; die Speicher werden entsprechend der neuen Anlagenkonzeption hydraulisch neu eingebunden. Die Abgasanlage wird für die neuen Wärmeerzeuger angepasst bzw. erweitert und an die bestehende Kaminanlage angebunden. Sämtliche für den Anlagenersatz erforderlichen hydraulischen, elektrischen sowie mess-, steuer- und regeltechnischen Anpassungen sind Bestandteil der Arbeiten. Die bestehende Gebäudeautomation wird an die neue Wärmeerzeugung angepasst und entsprechend erweitert. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Wesentlichen innerhalb der bestehenden Heizzentrale bzw. des Kesselraums.
