Sanierung Turn- und Schwimmhallen Bäumlihof, Basel: Das Gymnasium wurde von 1972 bis 1974 von Vischer Architekten AG, Basel, geplant. Die Anlage im funktionalen Stil der 70er Jahre umfasst insgesamt sieben Trakte, davon zwei Schwimmhallen und sechs Turnhallen. Die vier Schultrakte wurden zwischen September 2014 und August 2018 generalsaniert. Der Trakt T (Turn- und Schwimmhalle) wurde dabei zurückgestellt und in den kommenden Jahren durchgeführt. Der Projektperimeter der Sanierung beschränkt sich auf das Gebäude selbst. Eine Umnutzung ist nicht vorgesehen. Der Umbau erfolgt in zwei Etappen, wobei die erste Etappe umgebaut wird, während die zweite Etappe noch in Betrieb ist. Nach einer Umzugsphase und Inbetriebnahme der ersten Etappe wird die zweite Etappe saniert. Der Hubboden wird in der zweiten Etappe realisiert. Mit der aktuellen Ausschreibung suchen wir ein Unternehmen im Bereich Schwimmbadbau mit Erfahrung in Hubbodentechnik für öffentlichen Schwimmbäder oder Schulanlagen.
