Bei Änderungen der Ausgaben während der Vertragslaufzeit, ist die jeweils aktuelle Fassung nach gemeinsamer schriftlicher Abstimmung gültig. Die auszuführenden Arbeiten umfassen auch Einzelmaßnahmen ab 100,00 Euro, die innerhalb einer Woche zu erbringen sind. Der Sitz des Fachunternehmens sollte nicht mehr als 50 km entfernt sein, um durch kurze Anfahrtswege dem strategischen Ziel der Universität zur Nachhaltigkeitsförderung Rechnung zu tragen und kurzfristige Leistungserbringung vor Ort zu gewährleisten. Bei Situationen wie Gefahr in Verzug, Havarie, ist innerhalb von 24 Stunden die beauftragte Leistung auszuführen. Die Abrechnung erfolgt nach den Positionen aus dem Standardleistungsbuch.
