24 month contract for Provision of Supply of Internal and External Office and Furniture Moves (with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months). - This procurement was originally completed using the PCS Quick Quote process and awarded on 21 November 2025 (PCS reference NOV544091) using the GCS Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain Solutions framework RM6329 Lot 5: Removals and Relocation Solutions. * - Unfortunately, the bidder that originally won the mini competition went into in administration January 2026 and could no longer supply their services through the framework. Registers of Scotland subsequently awarded a call-off contract to the supplier who came in second place as a result of the original mini competition. The contract was awarded/signed 14/04/2026. * The term for this call-off agreement is initially 20/04/2026 to 19/04/2028, with a potential to extend for a further 2 x 12 months to 19/04/2030. The value of the initial term of the Agreement is 42,000.00 excluding VAT. The potential spend for the Agreement should extensions be taken will be maximum 84,000.00 GBP excluding VAT.
