Contractele ce se doresc a fi atribuite în baza prezentei proceduri vor viza achiziția de Echipamente IT de videoproiecție, sonorizare și videoconferință pentru Amfiteatrele A12, A13, A31, A32 și A33 ale Universității de Vest din Timișoara, în conformitate cu specificatiile identificate în Caietele de sarcini, pe fiecare lot în parte, achiziţie finanţată din Programul Regional Vest 1 "Educație superioară de calitate: Dotarea, modernizarea și reabilitarea infrastructurii Universității de Vest din Timișoara” cod SMIS 327248 și Programul Regional Vest 2, "Dotarea infrastructurii Universității de Vest din Timișoara în acord cu nevoile pieței forței de muncă" cod SMIS 327277 În cadrul acestei proceduri autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să încheie contracte pentru furnizarea de Echipamente IT de videoproiecție, sonorizare și videoconferință în valoare estimată de 1.431.045,00 lei fără TVA corespunzător poziției 4 și 10 din programul de achiziții al proiectelor Educație superioară de calitate: Dotarea, modernizarea și reabilitarea infrastructurii Universității de Vest din Timișoara”, cod SMIS 327248 și "Dotarea infrastructurii Universității de Vest din Timișoara în acord cu nevoile pieței forței de muncă", cod SMIS 327277 Pentru asigurarea unei largi participări, inclusiv a furnizorilor de echipamente IT, s-a optat pentru împărțirea în 2 loturi. Termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare: în a 9-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Lot 1 - Echipamente IT de videoproiecție, sonorizare și videoconferință, Valoare estimată fără TVA: 858.627,00 lei; Lot 2 - Echipamente IT de videoproiecție, sonorizare și videoconferință, Valoare estimată fără TVA: 572.418,00 lei;
