Achiziția unui număr de 43 de autoutilitare cu caracteristicile prezentate in caietul de sarcini. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici interesați de accesul la procedură de atribuire pot solicita clarificări: până în a 20 - a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea contractantă va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limita stabilit mai sus, conform art. 29 alin (3) din HG 394/2016, entitatea contractantă urmând sa nu dea curs solicitărilor de clarificari adresate după termenul-limită stabilit mai sus sau solicitate prin altă modalitate de comunicare decât cea stabilită prin anunțul de participare. Entitatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în două etape, astfel: - în a 17-a zi calendaristică de la publicarea anunțului de participare și - în a 11-a zi clalendaristică înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
