Prin prezenta achiziție se dorește achizitionarea unui număr de 24 de microbuze electrice în cadrul proiectului ,,Transport scolar verde pentru elevii din județul Dolj”, cu capacitate de 16 + 1 locuri in conformitate cu cerintele caietului de sarcini. Orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare, în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, conf art. 160 alin. (1) si (2) din Legea 98/2016. Termenul limită pentru transmiterea solicitărilor de clarificări de către operatorii economici este de 20 de zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul limită în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare adresate de operatorii economici este cu 10 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă achizitionarea de 24 de microbuze electrice pentru transportul elevilor din învățământul preuniversitar din județul Dolj în cadrul proiectului ,,Transport scolar verde pentru elevii din județul Dolj”, cu capacitate de 16 + 1 locuri pe scaune, in conformitate cu cerintele caietului de sarcini. Prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență al României, linia de finanțare aferentă Componentei C15: Educație, Reformei 6: Actualizarea cadrului legislativ pentru a asigura standarde ecologice de proiectare, construcție și dotare în sistemul de învățământ preuniversitar, Investiției 10: Dezvoltarea rețelei de școli verzi și achiziționarea de microbuze verzi, UAT Județul Dolj, prin Consiliul Județean, beneficiar al apelului de proiecte “MICROBUZE ELECTRICE PENTRU ELEVI”, dorește să achiziționeze microbuze electrice cu capacitate de 16 + 1 locuri pe scaune, pentru dotarea unităților de învățământ preuniversitar care funcționează în localitățile eligibile ale județului. Microbuzele care se vor achiziționa de UAT Județul Dolj vor fi alocate UAT-urilor rurale pentru transportul elevilor, cu precădere pentru elevii din zonele izolate și marginalizate și/sau din zone defavorizate din perspectiva geografică sau socio-demografică. Microbuzele electrice de 16+1 locuri vor fi structurate cu o singură secțiune (nearticulat și fără etaj), și vor fi dotate cu facilități pentru accesul persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă (rampă și/sau alte dotări specifice), fiind destinate transportului școlar, respectând prevederile înscrise în Directiva 2009/33/CE a parlamentului european și a consiliului din 23 aprilie 2009 privind promovarea vehiculelor de transport rutier nepoluante și eficiente din punct de vedere energetic și în Regulamentul nr. 51 din 2007 al Comisiei Economice pentru Europa a Organizației Națiunilor Unite (CEE-ONU) la care România a aderat, respectiv de legislația românească aflată în vigoare, cu toate modificările și completările ulterioare.
