It is a framework agreement covering a minimum of 1,300,000 and a maximum of 1,800,000 doses. The estimated value ranges from 266,032,000 lei to 368,352,000 lei excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts of 325,000 to 450,000 doses are awarded roughly every six months; the largest is estimated at 92,088,000 lei excluding VAT. Suppliers of this vaccine may bid; clarification requests must be submitted at least 11 days before the offer submission deadline.
