A Romanian contracting authority is procuring a combined tetravalent vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis and inactivated polio (DTPa - IPV). The framework agreement covers a minimum of 400,000 doses and a maximum of 800,000 doses, with an estimated value between 34,764,000.00 lei and 69,528,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts of 100,000 to 200,000 doses will be awarded as needed, subject to available financing; the largest is estimated at 17,382,020.00 lei excluding VAT. Clarification requests may be submitted until 18 days before the bid submission deadline; the authority responds by the 11th day before that deadline. Suppliers of vaccines may participate under the applicable public procurement procedure.
