Description

Se vor achizitiona Tocătoare forestiere pentru tractor multifuncțional necesare unitatilor militare din subordinea Comandamentului Logistic Intrunit. Acordul cadru se va incheia prin asociere de autorităti contractante, astfel: UM 01263 Targoviste, lider de asociere , iar UM 02574 Bucuresti, asociat cosemnatar al acordului cadru. Acordul cadru se v-a incheia cu operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc in clasament dupa aplicare criteriului de atribuire " cel mai bun raport calitate-pret". Cantitatile minime și maxime ale acordului cadru, respectiv ale contractului subsecvent se regasesc in tabelul de la punctul 4 din caietul de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Acord cadru de furnizare de produse Tocător forestier pentru tractor multifuncțional , conform caietului de sarcini si anexelor la acesta. Valoarea estimata acord-cadru fara TVA: cantitate maxima 20 cpl. - 1.300.000,00 LEI / cantitate minima 2 cpl - 130.000,00 LEI. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite (daca se cunosc): Estimam atribuirea anuală de contracte subsecvente. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent, fara TVA: 650.000,00 LEI. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent, fara TVA: 65.000,00 LEI. Estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime ale acordului-cadru: Cantitățile minime și maxime ale acordului cadru, cantitățile minime și maxime ale contractului subsecvent și specificațiile tehnice ale produselor se regăsesc în Caietului de sarcini
