Description

Obiectul achiziției îl constituie achiziționarea de piese de schimb pentru echipamente IT (SSD-uri) (HDD SSD 1TB - 50 buc). Descrierea produselor ce urmează a fi achiziţionate se regăseşte în caietul de sarcini/propunere specificații tehnice. Termenul limită până la care se pot solicita clarificări la documentaţia de atribuire, inclusiv modelul de contract: cu 16 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în legătura cu documentația de atribuire în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor în anunțul de participare. Achizitia se va finaliza prin incheierea unui contract de furnizare. Durata contractului este de 3 luni de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părții. Livrarea se va face în maxim 10 zile lucrătoare de la data ordinului/instrucțiunii de începere. Obiectul achiziției îl constituie achiziționarea de piese de schimb pentru echipamente IT (SSD-uri) (HDD SSD 1TB - 50 buc).
