În cadrul acestei procedurii se doreşte achiziționarea echipamentului de intervenție, cu specificaţiile tehnice minime prevăzute în Anexele nr. 2-9 la Caietul de sarcini și în cantităţile estimate prevăzute în Anexa nr. 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Operatorii economici vor oferta pentru întreaga cantitate (cantitatea maximă a acordului-cadru), aferentă prevăzută în anexa 1 la caietul de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste termenul limită in care operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificare, respectiv in care aceasta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare, dupa cum urmeaza: 1. Termenul până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de răspuns la clarificari a fost stabilit astfel încât operatorii economici să aibă o perioadă adecvată pentru analizarea documentaţiei de atribuire şi, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma răspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractantă. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru: conform anexei 1 la caiet de sarcini. Calendar estimativ (frecvența și valoarea contractelor care urmează să fie atribuite): anual Datele propuse în calendarul estimativ reprezintă intenția autorității contractante, nu un angajament ferm din partea autorității contractante cu privire la atribuirea contractelor subsecvente, pornind de la ipoteza de lucru că nu vor apărea evenimente/circumstanțe imprevizibile care nu au putut fi luate în considerare la momentul inițierii procedurii de atribuire, respectiv vor fi asigurate și resursele financiare necesare.
