Autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să încheie un acord-cadru de achiziție de produse pentru fiecare lot în parte, pentru o perioadă de 24 luni, cu un singur operator economic, fără reluarea competiției, constând în achiziția de: lot 1: - Fes: minim 500 și maxim 30.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; lot 2: - Pelerină ploaie: minim 500 și maxim 15.000 bucati, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; Cantitatea estimată care va face obiectul contractului subsecvent: lot 1: - Fes: minim 50 și maxim 7.500 bucăți; lot 2: - Pelerină ploaie: minim 50 și maxim 3.500 bucăți; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent va fi de: • 900.000,00 lei fără TVA pentru Lotul nr. 1; • 2.520.000,00 lei fără TVA pentru Lotul nr. 2; Termenul de livrare al produselor pentru toate loturile este de 4 luni de la data semnării contractului subsecvent de către ultima parte, cu excepția contractelor subsecvente încheiate pentru echiparea absolvenților de școli militare (pentru o cantitate maximă de 500 bucati/perechi) care vor avea un termen de livrare de 2 luni. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singură dată, în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, în măsura în care aceste solicitări au fost transmise în termenul menționat la SECTIUNEA I, respectiv 19 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: - Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 19; - Termen de răspuns al autorității la solicitările de clarificare/informatii suplimentare - a 11- a zi; Pentru respectarea principiului tratamentului egal, operatorii economici interesați vor respecta prevederile notificării ANAP nr. 247 cu privire la modalitatea de transmitere a solicitărilor de clarificări și a informațiilor suplimentare la documentațiile de atribuire / răspunsurile formulate în cazul desfășurării procedurilor de atribuire a contractelor de achiziție publică prin intermediul mijloacelor electronice (on-line), în sensul că documentele atașate la secțiunea "Intrebări" NU VOR CONTINE DATELE DE IDENTIFICAREA ALE ACESTORA, intrucat acestea vor deveni publice în momentul transmiterii răspunsului de către autoritatea contractantă! Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeaze pentru lotul 1, următoarele: - Fes: minim 500 și maxim 30.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent va fi de: • 900.000,00 lei fără TVA pentru Lotul nr. 1;; Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeaze pentru lotul 2, următoarele: - Pelerină ploaie: minim 500 și maxim 15.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent va fi de: • 2.520.000,00 lei fără TVA pentru Lotul nr. 2;
