„Acord-cadru pe 4 ani pentru furnizare fluxant pentru bitum rutier 70/100” Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este în a 20-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. B. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită la care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare este în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Acord-cadru pe 4 ani pentru furnizare fluxant pentru bitum rutier 70/100 Cantitățile minime și maxime estimate pe durata acordului-cadru, precum și cantitățile minime și maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent sunt înscrise în Anexa 1 „Centralizator cantitativ și valoric pentru „Acord-cadru pe 4 ani pentru furnizare fluxant bitum rutier 70/100”, la Caietul de Sarcini.
