Semnarea unui acord cadru de furnizare produse avand ca obiect achizitionarea de „Transformatoare trifazate de putere, de distributie,imersate in ulei, in constructie etansa, cu pierderi reduse” in conformitate cu precizarile din CS, cu respectarea tuturor parametrilor cuprinsi in fisele tehnice atasate, avand urmatoarele loturi: LOT 1 - Transformatoare de putere 20/0.4 kV LOT 2 - Transformatoare de putere 6/0.4 kV LOT 3 - Transformatoare de putere 10/0.4 Kv Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent pe fiecare lot in parte nu va depasi: LOT 1 - 4.547.122 lei LOT 2 - 177.930,00 lei LOT 3 - 78.707,00 lei Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi ȋnainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus. Cantitatile sunt estimate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si sunt mentionate in ANEXA 1 a Caietului de Sarcini- CANT.MIN.MAX - LOT 1. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent nu va depasi: 4.547.122,00 lei. Termenul de livrare este de 6 luni de la semnarea contractului subsecvent.; Cantitatile sunt estimate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si sunt mentionate in ANEXA 1 a Caietului de Sarcini- CANT.MIN.MAX - LOT 2. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent nu va depasi: 177.930,00 lei. Termenul de livrare este de 6 luni de la semnarea contractului subsecvent.; Cantitatile sunt estimate pe durata intregului acord-cadru si sunt mentionate in ANEXA 1 a Caietului de Sarcini- CANT.MIN.MAX - LOT 3. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent nu va depasi: 78.707,00 lei. Termenul de livrare este de 6 luni de la semnarea contractului subsecvent.
