Description

Țevi de oțel conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Produsele ce urmeaza sa fie achizitionate sunt utilizate la toate sistemele de exploatare a sondelor și asigură (permit) curgerea fluidelor din strat prin instalațiile tehnologice de suprafață. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare, in a 11 - a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa. (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Produsele ce urmeaza sa fie achizitionate sunt utilizate la toate sistemele de exploatare a sondelor și asigură (permit) curgerea fluidelor din strat prin instalațiile tehnologice de suprafață. Valoarea estimată totala a acordului cadru fără TVA, (numai în cifre): 26.111.694,00 lei. Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent sunt: Pentru Acordul cadru Cantitate min. 24.986 m. Cantitate max. 48.917 m. Pentru Contractul subsecvent Cantitate min. 3.480 m. Cantitate max. 22.040 m. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: anual; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 9.431.790 lei
