Description

Acord cadru de furnizare pachete licente software cu o durata de 36 luni. Inițierea prezentei achiziții publice are loc ca urmare a anulării procedurii simplificată pentru achiziția unui pachet de licențe software aferentă anunțului de participare simplificat nr. SCN1176273 din 12.06.2026, procedură anulată administrativ, conform art. 212 alin (1) li a) din Legea 98/2016, deoarece nu au fost depuse oferte. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor = 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar solicitarilor de clarificari in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Achiziție de pachet licențe software implică încheierea unui acord cadru pe o perioadă de 36 luni, iar cantitatile acordului cadrul vor fi urmatoarele: Microsoft CIS Suite Datacenter Core ALng LSA 16L - min. 4 buc. - max 12 buc.; Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L - min. 4 buc. - max 12 buc.; M365 E3 FUSL No Teams Sub Per User -min 250 buc. - max 1050 buc.; M365 E5 FUSL No Teams Sub Per User - min 20 buc. - max, 120 buc.; M365 Copilot Add-on - min. 20 buc. - max. 120 buc.; Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care vor fi atribuite pe perioada acordului-cadru: se estimează încheirea a cel puțin trei contracte subsecvente în 2026, 2027, 2028. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract-subsecvent fiind de 900.060,00 lei.
