Contractul are ca scop SERVICII DE ELABORARE DOCUMENTAȚII TEHNICE, FAZA SF PENTRU DRUM EXPRES DX4, “LEGĂTURĂ JIBOU - ROMÂNAȘI” DURATA CONTRACTULUI Durata totala a Contractului este de 20 de luni de la semnarea Contractului, din care:  Elaborare Studiu de fezabilitate - 14 luni de la emiterea Ordinului de incepere a serviciilor;  Raport financiar final - 1 luna de la semnarea procesului verbal de receptie a documentatiei. Valoarea totală estimată a achiziţiei publice este de 15.126.050,42 lei fără TVA. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor în a 13-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Solicitările de clarificări se vor încărca în SEAP, la secțiunea aferentă, în format PDF editabil. Modul de realizare a corespondenței între Autoritatea Contractantă si ofertanti va fi online prin intermediul SEAP.
