Description

Obiectul general al contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de medicamente -SOLUTII PERFUZABILE. Prezenta procedură este inițiată pentru achiziția unui număr de 14 loturi si se va incheia un contract acord cadru pe o perioada de 24 de luni. Valoarea estimată a procedurii: intervalul val minima 659.746 lei- val maxima 1.319.490 lei fără TVA . Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare intr-o singura zi si anume 11- a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
