Description

Obiectul general al contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de MEDICAMENTE SI SOLUTII PERFUZABILE. Prezenta procedură este inițiată pentru achiziția unui număr de 33 loturi si se vor incheia un contracte acord cadru pe o perioada de 24 de luni. Valoarea estimată a procedurii: intervalul val. minima 1.434.833.25 - val, maxima 2.869.666.50 lei fără TVA . Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare intr-o singura zi si anume 11- a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
