Description

Scopul prezentului contract îl constituie modernizarea Dispeceratului Regional SCADA din municipiul Pitești, în vederea: - îmbunătățirii controlului și monitorizării centralizate a sistemelor de alimentare cu apă și apă uzată din aria operatorului, - eficientizării proceselor de supraveghere, - creșterii securității cibernetice și disponibilității sistemului, - integrării cu sistemele SCADA zonale și locale implementate în proiectele POIM existente. Investiția constă în furnizarea, instalarea, configurarea și testarea echipamentelor hardware, software și de comunicație necesare pentru funcționarea continuă a dispeceratului central SCADA, în regim redundant, cu acces local și web. Durata contractului este de 18 luni. Orice operator economic interesat poate sa solicite clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, numai in SEAP, nu mai tarziu de 25 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau de informatii suplimentare precizate mai sus cu 15 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Obiectul prezentului contract este: - furnizarea echipamentelor hardware și software necesare modernizării Dispeceratului Regional SCADA Pitești; - instalarea, configurarea și punerea în funcțiune a sistemului complet SCADA; - implementarea infrastructurii informatice (servere, NAS, firewall, UPS, rețea, videowall); - configurarea aplicației SCADA software, integrarea comunicațiilor, testarea funcționalității și instruirea personalului din cadrul beneficiarului.
