Contractului de delegare a gestiunii unor activități componente ale serviciului de salubrizare (colectare, transport, transfer si operare CAV-uri) prin concesiune al unităților administrativ teritoriale membre ale Asociației de Dezvoltare Intercomunitara ADISSL Vâlcea Durata contractului de delegare a gestiunii este de 8 ani (96 luni) de la Data Intrării în Vigoare a Contractului. Durata contractului a fost stabilita conform analizei realizate la nivelul Studiului de Oportunitate, anexa la prezenta documentație. Principalele activități ce urmează a fi prestate de către delegatar/prestator pe parcursul perioadei de derulare a contractului sunt descrise in cadrul caietului de sarcini. Solicitarile de clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire se pot transmite pana in a 26 a zi anterior termenului limita de depunere al ofertelor. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari urmand a se publica in ziua a 16 a inainte de depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare.
