Pregătirea mecanizată a terenului și a solului în suprafețele din fond forestier de pe care s-a recoltat masa lemnoasă, în vederea creării condițiilor pentru executarea împaduririlor conform precizarilor din caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent si al acordului cadru se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini. Data limita de primire a solicitarilor de clarificari: 15 zile ( a 16-a zi inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor). “Termenul limita in care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare: in a 11 -a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. conform caietului de sarcini, maxim 110 Ha
