Description

Direcția Silvică Bacău, prin subunitățile sale, dorește achiziționarea de servicii de regenerare a pădurilor în fond forestier proprietate publică a statului, în perioada 2026-2030 Prin regenerare se înțelege procesul de instalare a unei noi păduri, în locul celei exploatate ori în curs de exploatare sau de creare a unei păduri pe terenuri apte acestui scop. Regenerarea pădurilor se poate realiza pe cale naturală sau artificială. Serviciul silvic de regenerare a pădurilor are drept scop stimularea instalării si dezvoltării semințișului, precum si măsurile necesare pentru instalarea pădurii pe cale artificială, prin împăduriri si dezvoltarea normală a acestora, până la realizarea stării de masiv. Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. NOTA: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date a achizitiei-18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
