Acord cadru încheiat cu un singur operator economic, cu durata de 4 ani pentru Servicii de Întreținere terenuri de sport pentru Bazele sportive aflate în administrarea Municipiului Arad, prin Serviciul Baze Sportive. conform cerințelor din caietul de sarcini, in conformitate cu toate prevederile legale in vigoare. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificare adresate în termenul prevăzut la secțiunea I.1 (cu 18 zile înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor) in a -12 -a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru si contractelor subsecvente se regasasc in caietul de sarcini Valoare minimă contract subsecvent: - 1.413.101 lei fără TVA Valoare maximă contract subsecvent: - 6.782.707 lei fără TVA Valoare minima acord-cadru: - 11.304.808 lei fără TVA Valoare maximă acord-cadru: - 54.261.656 lei fără TVA. Acordul-cadru intra in vigoare la data semnarii, iar primul contract subsecvent aferent se va atribui după data expirării ultimului contract subsecvent posibil a fi încheiat în baza acordului cadru aflat în derulare, respectiv maxim 31.12.2026, sau anterior datei precizate in situatia epuizării sumelor din ultimul contract subsecvent. În derularea acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta va atribui minim doua contracte subsecvente/an, in limita fondurilor bugetare alocate, iar durata maximă a unui contract subsecvent, este de 6 luni
