Achiziţionarea unor servicii de evidență legislativă pentru Aparatul Central al MAI și unitățile subordonate, prin încheierea unui acord-cadru, pe o perioadă de 48 luni. Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singura data, în a 11 zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificările solicitate cu 18 zile înaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la secțiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date. Servicii de evidență legislativă, prin încheierea unui acord-cadru, pe o perioadă de 48 luni. Cantități minime și maxime aferente acordului-cadru se regasesc în Anexa nr. 1 la documentația de atribuire Valoare minimă estimată - 15.765,00 lei fără TVA, valoare maximă estimată - 756.720,00 lei fără TVA, conform Anexei nr. 1 la documentația de atribuire. _____________________________________________ Cantități minime si maxime aferente celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc în Anexa nr. 1 la documentația de atribuire Valoare minimă estimată - 15.765,00 lei fără TVA, valoarea maximă estimată - 189.180,00 lei fără TVA, conform Anexei nr. 1 la documentația de atribuire.
