Autoritatea contractanta organizatoare Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Bistrita intenționează să integreze digitalizarea in practica medicala prin implementarea unui sistem de digitalizare - Digitalizare Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Bistrița - dotări hardware și software în cadrul Proiectului ”PNRR/2022/C12/MS-0212-Infrastructură spitalicească nouă” Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile
