SERVICII DE TRANSPORT AERIAN PENTRU DELEGATII, SPORTIVI, STAFF SI COLECTIV TEHNIC LA COMPETITII. TERMENUL LIMITA LA CARE POTENTIALII OFERTANTI POT SOLICITA CLARIFICARI CU PRIVIRE LA DOCUMENTATIA DE ATRIBUIRE ESTE DE 15 ZILE INAINTE DE DATA LIMITA DE DEPUNERE A OFERTELOR SI TERMENUL DE TRANSMITERE A RASPUNSULUI CONSOLIDAT LA SOLICITARILE DE CLARIFICARI ESTE IN A 12 A ZI INAINTE DE DATA LIMITA DE DEPUNERE A OFERTELOR. Achizitionarea serviciilor de transport aerian pentru deplasarea delegatiilor si loturilor sportive pentru o perioada de 48 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord cadru pentru 4 ani cu acei operatori economici ale caror oferte au fost declarate admisibile atribuind ulterior prin reluarea competitiei contracte subsecvente de servicii de transport aerian pentru destinatiile /durata/conditiile deplasarii stabilite de catre autoritatea contractanta. Se estimeaza un numar de minim 10 contracte subsecvente/an dar numarul acestora poate fi mai mare in functie de rezultatele competitiei. Cantitatea de bilete estimata pentru un contract subsecvent: minim 1 bilet maxim 50. Cantitatea deplasari de grup minim 1 deplasare si maxim 5 deplasari. Cantitatea de bilete estimata pentru acordul cadru: minim 1 bilet maxim 5.081 bilete.
