Servicii de transport aerian de pasageri, cu voiaj-ticketing prin procurare bilete de avion necesare transportului de pasageri/recuzita (bagaje), a participantilor la festivaluri si turnee artistice international si national. Se va încheia acord cadru cu maxim 5 operatori economici, iar ulterior contracte subsecvente cu respectarea elementelor/conditiilor prevazute în acordul cadru, prin reluarea competitiei între toti operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru. Cantitățile care ar putea face obiectul acordului cadru: min: 1 bilet, max:4000 bilete, iar a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: min: 1 bilet, max: 37 bilete, valoare extimata 360.000 lei Se vor încheia contracte subsecvente prin transmiterea invitatilor de participare. Acestea vor fi transmise pe e-mail, ori de cate ori este necesar, în functie de grupurile artistice si personalul tehnic, participante la evenimetele artistice. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet, fără ambiguități tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare cu maxim la 2 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
