Description

Entitatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze servicii de comunicații electronice prin încheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 4 ani, în cadrul căruia se estimează atribuirea a 4 contracte subsecvente. Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie furnizarea următoarelor servicii: • Servicii de transport date/voce prin fibra optica; Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot transmite in SEAP solicitari de clarificari este cel tarziu in a 6 a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare este: cel tarziu in a 4 - a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Procedura reprezinta o reluare a unui lot anulat (LOT 13) aferent anuntului de participare CN1091255/01.04.2026 Având în vedere faptul că documentația de atribuire a fost publicată anterior, CN1091255/01.04.2026, apreciem că sunt îndeplinite condițiile prevăzute de art. 87 din Legea nr. 99/2016 privind achizițiile sectoriale pentru reducerea termenului de depunere a ofertelor. În temeiul art. 87 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 99/2016, entitatea contractantă stabilește un termen redus de depunere a ofertelor de 16 zile de la data publicarii. Reducerea termenului nu afectează principiile transparenței, tratamentului egal, nediscriminării și concurenței și este justificată de necesitatea asigurării continuității serv. de comunicatii. Se dorește achiziționarea de servicii de comunicații electronice prin atribuirea unui acord-cadru încheiat pe o perioada de 4 ani, pe durata caruia se va perfecta un numar estimat de 4 (patru) contracte subsecvente, avand ca obiect furnizarea: servicii de transport date/voce pe fibră optică. Detaliile relevante sunt cuprinse în Caietul de sarcini nr. 53226/04.06.2026 și Anexa nr. 1.
