Description

Serviciile de supraveghere a lucrărilor sunt necesare pentru asigurarea verificării execuției la parametrii optimi a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații (inclusiv întocmirea cărții tehnice). Sunt necesare servicii, prin agenți economici de consultanță specializați, respectiv diriginți de specialitate (un diriginte pentru construcții și/sau un diriginte pentru instalații), pe tot parcursul lucrărilor, în conformitate cu Legea nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea în construcţii, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Procedura ce se va derula pe o perioadă de 24 de luni, repartizată pe 3 loturi: LOTUL I - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B aflate în București”, Lot II - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B monumente istorice”, Lot III - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrarilor de constructii si instalatii la Imobile U.B aflate în provincie”. Serviciile de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B., aflate în București, se va derula pe o perioadă de 24 de luni. Cantitatea minimă de ore este estimată la 720, cantitatea maximă fiind de 2880 ore.; Serviciile de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B monumente istorice se vor derula pe o periodă de 24 de luni. Cantitățile estimate sunt cuprinse în intervalul - 1120 ore - 4480 ore; Serviciile de supraveghere a lucrarilor de constructii si instalatii la Imobile U.B aflate în provincie se vor derula pentru imobilele aflate în provincie, pe o perioadă de 24 de luni. Cantitatea previzionată se încadrează în intervalul - minimum 800 ore și 3200 ore.
